1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using IVTTV ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
IVTTV is a streaming platform that provides access to movies, TV series, live sports, and other video content. The Service may include free and paid subscription tiers with varying levels of access.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. IVTTV reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) as selected at the time of purchase. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with reasonable notice. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
All content available on IVTTV, including but not limited to movies, series, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to IVTTV and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) share your account credentials with others; (b) use VPNs or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions; (c) attempt to download, record, or redistribute content; (d) interfere with the Service's operation or security; (e) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
7. Availability and Modifications
IVTTV strives to provide uninterrupted service but does not guarantee availability at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Content availability may vary by region and is subject to change.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IVTTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to IVTTV in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. IVTTV may immediately terminate or suspend your access if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Vienna, Austria. Consumers residing in the European Union may also bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence, as provided by applicable mandatory consumer protection law.
13. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU). To exercise this right, please send an unambiguous statement of withdrawal to support@ivttv.com within the 14-day period, including your account email and the date of purchase. We will refund any payment received from you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. IMPORTANT — loss of withdrawal right for streamed content: In accordance with Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered not on a tangible medium (i.e. streaming and downloads) if you have given prior express consent to begin performance during the 14-day withdrawal period AND acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal by doing so. When you click Play or Download on any content during your 14-day cooling-off period, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal for that content.
