We collect information you provide directly (name, email, payment details) and automatically (IP address, device info, viewing history, cookies). We also receive data from third-party authentication providers if you use social login.

We use essential cookies for authentication and preferences, and optional analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent the Service from functioning properly.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Viewing history is kept for recommendation purposes. After account deletion, we may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, typically no longer than 90 days.

7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), secure authentication, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
8. Children's Privacy
IVTTV is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries outside your residence, including within the European Economic Area. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any international transfers.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority
If you are in the European Union and believe that our processing of your personal data violates the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In Austria, the competent authority is the Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde (Austrian Data Protection Authority, https://www.dsb.gv.at). You may also contact the supervisory authority in the EU member state of your residence, place of work, or where the alleged infringement took place.
14. Cookie Policy
IVTTV uses a small number of cookies, all classified as strictly necessary for the website to function. Authentication cookies (sb-access-token, sb-refresh-token) are set by our authentication provider Supabase to keep you signed in securely — they are httpOnly, Secure, and SameSite=Lax, and expire when your session ends or after the configured session timeout. The locale preference cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) remembers your language choice between visits and lasts 1 year. We do NOT use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. We do NOT share cookie data with advertisers. You can delete or block cookies at any time through your browser settings; note that blocking authentication cookies will prevent you from signing in. As consent for strictly necessary cookies is not legally required under the ePrivacy Directive, IVTTV does not currently display a cookie banner.
